All SMARTnet skus need to be keyed on an SD Doc type. As with a licensing order, SMARTnet orders will have a $4.00 handling charge automatically added to the order. NOTE: When keying multiple line items and SMARTnets on one order, insert notes to indicate which SMARTnet package matches up with the hardware listed. Once the order is placed, PC Connection will complete the contract registration and send an email to the customer confirming the registration along with an authorization number.
