The Scalar i3 Veeam Tape Appliance provides all the great benefits of tape, now in the world’s first and only converged appliance—purpose-built for Veeam. Just plug in the appliance, give it an IP address, then use the Veeam wizard to install a tape proxy server directly onto the appliance. Future upgrades (after initial installation) support a maximum three expansion modules, twelve tape drives and 200 licensed slots per i3 library.
