This version of the 8TB NDX-8 NAS for Primary Storage comes in a 1U Rack Form Factor and comes with a WSS 2008 R2 Workgroup Operating System.
The Quantum NDX-8 Series NAS solves the problem of out of control backup data growth for the SMB. It is the first product to offer deduplication and 8TB of storage at a price point small businesses can afford. Offering best-in-class performance, it features enterprise-class hard drives, an Intel Core i3 (Sandy Bridge) processor, 4GB of RAM and Microsoft Windows Storage Server 2008 R2 operating system. Customer upgradable, it offers a
single free PCI-e slot, and RAM expansion capability.
